3. IDEA Day sponsored by Westchester United Intergroup is Sunday, November 19th 1- 2PM EST on Zoom (link to follow). International Day of Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA) encourages OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive overeating.
   
4. Serenity Times 4th quarter issue now available online at this link
   
5. Attend Region 6 Convention (October 13th - 15th) in White Plains ($75 at the door; Scholarships are Available)
   a. Groups are asked to consider contributing a basket to be raffled at the Convention
